This policy explains how Intagram at intagram.site handles data. Contact iletisim@intagram.site with questions.

A public Instagram URL you submit is processed to prepare download options. Successful resolver results may remain in memory for about 90 seconds and download tokens for about five minutes. Intagram does not permanently store media files; download data is relayed from the source media server to your device.

Advertising choice

Advertising is optional and independent from analytics. If enabled, Adsterra and its partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention or personalization. If disabled, ad frames and interactive ad code are not loaded. You can change this choice through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Clicking an ad is never required to prepare or download a video.

Anonymous analytics choice

Analytics is off until you separately enable it. When enabled, Intagram creates a random 256-bit identifier in a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookie and stores only a site-keyed HMAC-SHA-256 digest of that identifier. The cookie expires 365 days after it is first issued; later visits do not extend that lifetime. Each consented visit records a UTC timestamp/day/hour, the public path (/ or /en), language and a name from the system’s bounded IANA time-zone allowlist (falling back to UTC). Raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrer URLs and video metadata are not stored in the analytics database. Events are retained for up to 365 days; all expired events and orphaned or expired visitor rows are fully removed in bounded batches.

Turning analytics off calls the deletion endpoint. The cookie, events and linked visitor record are removed only after deletion succeeds. If deletion temporarily fails, the cookie is preserved and a non-sensitive pending-deletion flag on the device retries the request on a later load or privacy action without sending a new visit. Clearing the cookie before withdrawal makes the prior anonymous record impossible to link back to your browser.

Reports and limitations

Admin reports cover only consenting visitors. A gap of 30 minutes or more starts a new session. New and returning counts are exclusive for the selected range; a repeat visitor has at least two sessions within it. Cleared cookies, multiple devices, blockers and failed requests can affect totals.

Sharing and rights

Resolving a link requires requests to Instagram and relevant media distribution servers. Advertising providers are contacted only with advertising consent. Data is not sold. You may request access, deletion, objection or consent withdrawal under applicable law by email.
